Login to your CPanel (https://zeus.atu.net.au/cpanel).
Scroll down to the Email section and click Accounts button.
Scroll down to where you see the email addresses and click Change Password. The Password field will appear below the email address. Enter in a password, the password strength indicator will tell you whether the password you entered is strong. It has to be Very Strong in order to proceed. When you have a password which is very strong, click the Change Password button.
